Processing and Shipping

Items ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Holidays and weekends are excluded.
When you purchase from No Waste Vintage, each order will be given a tracking number via PayPal.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

No Waste Vintage does not offer any returns/exchanges on any orders. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Most of our items are pre-loved. Meaning our clothes are used or previously worn. Any flaws/defects will be noted in the description box, so please read carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your packages has been confirmed through USPS that it has been delivered to you, but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen.

After filing a claim, USPS will investigate to certify that it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

Filing a Claim Through PayPal

If you decide to file a claim through PayPal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered or the status of which it’s in.

Wrong Address

Please make sure your address is filled out correctly, because No Waste Vintage is not responsible for any lost packages.

We do not want anyone to receive or claim your dope goods, when they were intended for you.

No Cancellations

After you have made a purchase, your order can not be cancelled. NO EXCEPTIONS

All payments are through PayPal or Stripe.

Depop (App) Information

Our Depop shop No Waste Vintage offers a wide range of vintage and contemporary clothing for all shapes and sizes. You might see some merchandise from our online store on our Depop, but all items are 1 of 1. So merchandise is on a first come first serve basis.

Keep in mind that our prices are slightly higher on Depop because of their fees. So if there is an item that is on our Depop shop that’s not on our website that you would like to purchase for a lower price, contact us and we will gladly upload it to the site for you.
